For Matt, It all started through exploring with 7 inch singles and a tape player to try and beat match back in the 80's!

Matt quickly started playing in humble beginnings for friend’s parties in the back of pubs on nothing more than a CD player and minidisc player plugged into an old Hitachi stereo.

In 2001 he moved to Rhodes, Greece in for a summer season, his persistence earned him his first residency in Faliraki’s famous ‘Sinners’ club where he was quickly inducted by fire to win over crowds with his eclectic musical taste. His reputation gained momentum and his skills quickly developed to one of the most respected DJ’s on the Island. Following a 7-year stint of DJing full time in Rhodes playing for the biggest clubs and parties on the Island, Matt thought there was only one place to go…Ibiza!

In 2008 Matt moved to Ibiza to progress in his DJing career, he entered and won the 2008 Manumission DJ competition out of 200 entrants and was first runner up in the Es Paradis DJ competition out of 160 entrants where he became guest resident DJ from 2008 to 2012. Matt earned residencies and guest slots in some of Ibiza’s best loved clubs and bars including Es Paradis, Eden, Amnesia, Mambo’s, Play 2, Funky Flares, Bay Bar, Koppas, Sands, Bora Bora, Akwa and Hush.

Since moving back to the UK Matt is now DJing for private functions including weddings, birthday parties and corporate events. Matt has a natural passion for house and 60's music, but his varied experience leads him to play all things from Motown, Party classics, to current chart and dance music. Matt will tailor his set to your requirements, and with 100% positive feedback from his private clients, some could say there are not too many better options for your event.
